Applying

Students are encouraged to speak with their academic Dean and advisor during the semester prior to their intended time abroad. He or she must know what academic expectations exist should they be accepted to study abroad, such as fulfilling major requirements or general education requirements.

Application Process:
Students are required to complete an online application for the program they wish to participate in. A list of Endicott's approved study abroad programs can be found here, and the application is found on the program's brochure page. Once students have determined their preferred program, they should do the following:

  • Click Apply Now

  • Create an account using Endicott credentials

  • Complete all required signature documents and material uploads by the designated deadline

By clicking apply now and creating an account, the student is opening an application for that destination. A $50 application fee is charged to the student should they choose not to complete their application or withdraw it.
Students are required to participate in and/or complete the following, in addition to their online application:

  • Study Abroad Fair (dates announced at the start of the application cycle)

  • Information Session or a 1:1 meeting with Rachel Fleming

  • Multicultural events or Intercultural Club Meetings (list can be found here)

Application Review Process:
Applications for each cycle are open for approximately 7 weeks, and during this period, the Office of International Education will review applications on a rolling basis. Applications are only reviewed when all materials are received and are evaluated based on the requirements listed in the Eligibility Requirements section. Should the Office of International Education have questions regarding an application, the student will be contacted directly.
